Welcome

Welcome to St Stephen and All Martyrs' Church of England Primary School.

May I offer you a very warm welcome to St Stephen & All Martyrs’ Church of England Primary School website, I hope that you will gain a flavour of life here at our wonderful school. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further information or would like to visit our school as you would be more than welcome.

Our school is set in Lever Bridge, close to the town centre of Bolton and we are very privileged to be linked with St Stephen & All Martyrs’ Church, which is next door to the school, sharing our beautiful grounds.

Our vision statement really sums up what we are about here at St Stephens & All Martyrs’ Church of England Primary School.

Our Vision Statement

Achieve, Believe, Care underpins all that we do: it embodies making learning exciting, engaging, and relevant to children’s lives in the 21st century. All children Achieve their full potential. We Believe our core Christian values nurture each child within our school family. We Care for ourselves and each other because we are a school community of faith.

Together these principles prepare our pupils to be lifelong learners -creating a recipe for success!

We always strive for academic excellence and provide an exciting and enriching experience for all our children. We expect every child to fulfil their potential and we celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and the gifts and talents they have. Every child is precious and it is a privilege to play a part in their development. We are very aware that the future is in their hands and we aim to provide them with the skills, knowledge, resilience, enthusiasm and life skills which will equip them to lead a successful and happy life.

We believe it is of paramount importance to form partnerships with parents, the church and the wider community in the life of the school, ensuring the links between school and home are strong and support our pupils learning. We value the opinions of all members of our learning community and we use feedback to help us improve the provision we provide for the children in our care.

We are continually striving for improvement and we will do everything possible to ensure that your child is happy at our school by offering the highest standards of education and promoting their well-being through the development of Christian values.

We are proud of our school and what we achieve every day.
