Year 2 End of Year Expectations
P.E. information
P.E lessons for Year 2 take place on a Tuesday and Thursday.
School P.E kit should be worn by all children – blue shorts, white t-shirt and black plimsolls (Black/Navy tracksuit and trainers for outside games).
Earning should be removed or have a plaster covering them
All kit should have the child’s name inside.
A letter/message is needed if a child is unable to do P.E.
P.E. Kits are to be taken home at the end of every half term to be washed and MUST be brought back in to school on the first day back.
Homework
Children will be been given spellings on a Friday to be tested the following Friday morning.
Teams homework task will be set on a Tuesday and handed in on teams the following Tuesday.
Reading books will be changed when children have read their book.
Children in Year 2 should try to read 5 times per week this can be any book not just their school book- sign their diary with their chosen book.
